I am thinking about moving my office. Can I request a furniture layout?
Yes, that is possible.
Once you provide us with a drawing of the office to which you will be relocating, we will create the optimal layout and suggest furniture based on that layout.
Is the furniture made in Japan?
No. That is not the case.
The chairs we handle are imported from partner manufacturers in Taiwan and China. These chairs were developed and designed by our headquarters in Japan, so you can use them with confidence.
Other office furniture is sourced from local manufacturers, but is made to the same quality standards as Japan.
My chair broke and I need a new one urgently. How long will it take to receive it?
We have a warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City where we stock office chairs, so we can deliver within 2-3 days.
Can I check the product?
We have a wide range of furniture in our office, so please feel free to contact us.
What is the warranty period for your products?
The warranty period varies by product, but ranges from 1 to 3 years.
Can delivery be made anywhere in Vietnam?
Yes, we can. Shipping fees will vary depending on the delivery location.
[OEM/ODM] Will Japanese staff be able to handle this?
Yes. We have two Japanese staff members working for us, so you will be contacted by a Japanese person.
[OEM/ODM] What types of products can you handle?
We mainly deal with furniture, but we can also handle plastic household goods, etc. Please feel free to contact us first.
